Some new developments surrounding that possibly explosive situation at Camp Minden. Help may soon be on the way to move the millions of pounds of improperly stored M-6 explosives at Explo Systems. With most of the explosives now stored in 22 state-loaned bunkers, there is still 3.2 million pounds that's still improperly stored, and that's troubling residents who live near the plant. But now an unexpected ally may soon come to the state's rescue. Congressman John fleming says there may be some storage space in Arkansas that could accept some of the materials with the help of the U.S. Army. Congressman Fleming says a decision is due from the Army in the next several days.
