Drugs, Body Armor Found In Vehicle

BOSSIER PARISH, La. -

A traffic stop for alleged speeding led to the discovery of body armor, and drugs.  Raymond Hymes, III was pulled over by a Bossier Parish deputy Thursday morning on Highway 71, for reportedly driving 72 mph in a zone with a posted speed limit of 55.  During the stop, the deputy reportedly found a clear bag of what's believed to be marijuana, and body armor in the trunk of the vehicle.  Hymes was charged with Possession of Schedule 1, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, speeding, Unlawful Possession of Body Armor, as well as a fugitive warrant out of Shreveport.
