Tyler Perry, back on the stand in Marshall today

Actor, screen writer Tyler Perry was back on the stand this morning in Marshall, Texas. This time, he was questioned by his attorney, Veronica Lewis. Lewis pointed out that Tyler has done more successful work since "Diary of a Mad Black Woman".

Donna West of Atlanta, GA is suing Perry for copyright infringement and wants a jury to award her family all the profits made from the film.
