The Tyler Police Department is asking for you help. they're looking for a missing 18 year old.
Jadarion Buckley was last seen at Trinity Mother Francis Hospital where he was being evaluated.
Buckley left against medical advice and was wearing a hospital gown.
Authorities believe he may have been picked up by a waiting vehicle.
He is not in immediate physical danger but is possibly suicidal and in need of further evaluation.
