Tyler Police and the East Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested 33 year old Joshua Kyle Henderson on Tuesday following a tip from the Tyler/Smith County Crime Stoppers.

Henderson was wanted for Burglary of Habitation out of Tyler where he entered his ex-girlfriends residence and assaulted her while committing a theft. Henderson was also wanted for two counts of Fraud out of Smith County.
