UPDATE: Mansfield woman dies in multi-vehicle crash

SHREVEPORT, La. -

A Mansfield woman is dead after being hit by multiple vehicles during a late-night crash in Shreveport.

Authorities have identified the driver who died as 49-year-old Rebecca Blunck.

It happened in the 5800 block of East Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, just after 11 p.m. Friday night.

Shreveport Police say Blunck was pulling out of a drive-way in a Ford Focus, when she was t-boned by a Nissan Pathfinder, driven by 16-year-old Jacob Roberts, of Shreveport.

Officials say Blunck was ejected and struck by two more vehicles - a Toyota Celica, driven by 31-year-old Tamika King and a Honda Accord, driven by 21-year-old Jami Pingle - who were traveling westbound on Bert Kouns.

The drivers of the other vehicles were not injured and are believed to have unknowningly struck Blunck following the inital crash.

No exact cause of the crash has been determined, but police don't believe alcohol to be a factor.
