Madness at another local city council meeting, this time in Ringgold, La.
It happened after Mayor Stephen Taylor appointed an Interim Police Chief.
The concern: the person appointed is not currently in the country.
Now, residents are said to be outraged. KTBS 3 has learned that it was even suggested that the mayor be recalled.
Law enforcement had to clear the council chambers after the announcement was made.
