One Person Dead After Accident In Shreveport

One person is dead following a single vehicle accident in Caddo Parish.
It happened near Dixie-Blanchard and George Road around 4:15p.m. Thursday.
According to the Caddo Sheriff's Office, Terrell Brian Weems, 34 of Bradley, AR, was traveling northbound in his 2006 Chevy Z71 when it left the roadway on the right shoulder, then over-corrected crossing back over the roadway overturning and striking a tree.
The Caddo Parish Coroners office pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
