A 22-year-old man named Ty Stewart from Saline, La. fell about 90 feet from an oil derrick last night.

Stewart had severe injuries and was airlifted by LifeAir to LSU Hospital after falling. He was pronounced dead today.

Caddo Parish Fire Department sources said the accident happened last night at  Keithville-Keatchie and Vardaman roads in South Caddo Parish.
