Village Water System Boil Advisory Lifted

Boil advisories lifted
Haughton La. (KTBS) -

A water boil advisory has been lifted for some members of the Village Water System in the Haughton area.

The advisory was issued on Tuesday because of the need for emergency repair on the main line that feeds the area. 

The boil advisory affected areas extending from Village water customers on Highway 157 North of Hwy 528 to include Calloway Drive. The advisory was issued as a precaution after the water was turned off to fix the leak.
