Vivian, LA (KTBS) -

A Vivian man was arrested Friday in connection with a shooting last weekend in north Caddo Parish, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Earlier Friday morning, detectives with the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office executed arrest and search warrants at a residence on East California Street and took 30-year-old Robert Sean Gregory into custody. Gregory’s twin brother, John Michael Gregory, is also wanted by the Sheriff’s Office but is still at large.

Detectives located and seized various types of ammunition and a shotgun from the house.

The shooting happened on Saturday, Feb. 2, near the corner of Bailey and Pardue streets in Vivian. Willie Wilson, 28, also from Vivian, was shot in the buttocks and was treated and released from North Caddo Hospital.

The shooting is believed to be in retaliation for an argument earlier in the day between Wilson and John Michael Gregory. The Gregory's returned a couple of hours later, both armed, and fired shots into the air and at a house in the 300 block of South Pardue Street where Wilson was sitting on the steps. The gunfire also hit a passing vehicle that was occupied by Wilson’s family members.

Anyone with information about the location of John Michael Gregory is asked to contact Det. Morgan with the Sheriff’s Office at 675-2170 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
