Week 3 - Don't get stressed

Two weeks down, four to go! By this time, were all getting a little stressed out. Hear are some ways to cope with all the building stress:

-Set priorities and learn to say no. Don't feel obligated to be a part of every event that comes your way, so you can stay focused on the goals that are really important to you.

-Get some exercise daily. Staying active will not only help you achieve your weight loss goals, but give the energy to keep going. Also, a regular workout is a great outlet for stress, and can help loosen muscles knotted up by nerves.

-Take time to clear your mind. Get some quality "me" time, even if it's just 15 minutes alone with your coffee before you get ready to face the world. Try deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation.

-Find a hobby. Doing small, fun tasks can give you instant gratification when you're looking for a sense of accomplishment.
