Light Mayonnaise =     1 Tbsp.

A better option? Mustard: 0 calories! Salad Dressing:Regular Salad Dressing = 1 Tbsp.Light or reduced fat = 2 Tbsp.

Oils:Olive, Canola, Peanut, vegetable, corn, sunflower = 1 tsp. Nuts:Almonds or cashews – 6Peanuts – 10 nutsPistachios – 17 halvesPecans – 4 halves Margarine or Butter:Stick =                        1 tsp.

Light/reduced fat =       1 Tbsp.
