Meet Micah.  He is an 11 year old who loves animals.

Micah does not want to be a veterinarian -- he's more interested in the behavior of animals.

Micah recently went on a trip to Chimp Haven to learn about the beavior of chimps.  It piqued his interest.

Micah would love for a permanent family to help him realize his dreams.

If you're interested in providing Micah with a permanent home, please contact the Shreveport office of the Louisiana Department of Social Services at 318-676-5048. And remember, you may adopt across state lines.
