ArkLaTex Angel placed in permanent home after 10-year wait

After living in foster homes for the past ten years, Freddie now has a permanent home.   

Tens of thousands of children a year age out of the foster care program in the U.S. without ever experiencing the love and structure that comes from a permanent home.  Watch KTBS 3 on the last Sunday of the month and we'll profile a child who is in need of a family of his or her own.
