Timmy wants a mom and dad who will love him and take care of him.
The 15-year-old is extremely courteous and inquisitive, with an easy-going manner and a quick smile. He likes sports, the color blue and is very interested in the study of reptiles.
Right now, Timmy is living and going to school at Hope Youth Ranch for Boys near Minden. It's easy for him to envision what it would be like to live with a mom and dad of his own. He wants a mother who is nice and wants him to succeed in life. When asked about a permanent father, Timmy said, "Yeah, a dad that's going to be really close to me, that's going to go out and play football, throw the baseball and that's going to tell me to do right and get on my side."
If you're interested in providing Timmy with a permanent home, please contact the Shreveport office of the Louisiana Department of Social Services at 318-676-5408. You can adopt across state lines.
