Tykeshia was one of several foster and group home children we invited to ride on the KTBS 3 float during the Bossier Christmas parade. Tykeshia likes to be called Ty. She makes good grades and like most ten year olds, enjoys video games and listening to music.
Ty is currently a foster child with the Washington family in Natchitoches; a family that has adopted five of our Arklatex Angels.
The love and structure a permanent family can provide is something Ty is getting a glimpse of in her foster home. If only she could have that sense of family for the rest of her life.
If you're interested in providing Tykeshia with a permanent home, contact 318-676-5048 for more information.
