Two area schools benefit from students bowling over the Christmas break. This past holiday season, Holiday Lanes provided bowling coupons to all teachers in Caddo & Bossier parishes. The teachers then gave these coupons to all of their students. The coupons entitled the students to one free game of bowling per day during the Christmas break.
The school that used these coupons the most during the Christmas break won a $500 check from Holiday Lanes today. In addition, the class from the winning school that used the coupon the most won an “end of the year party” from Holiday Lanes.
The Holiday Spirit Winner from Caddo Parish was C. E. Byrd High School, and the senior class has won the “end of the year” party from Holiday Lanes.
The Holiday Spirit Winner from Bossier Parish was Airline High School. The senior grade class there will also have an “end of the year” party.
