Digital transition day has arrived Play Video

Some Americans are getting nothing but "snow" on their TV screens. That's because analog transmission ended today, replaced by digital transmission. TVs that rely on antennas now require converter boxes.

We're on your side and here to support you any way we can.  Stay with KTBS and ktbs.com.  The FCC has also established a call center.  That number is 1-888-CALL-FCC.  This is for questions only, not to request the coupons for converter boxes.  The number to request the converter box coupons is 1-888-DTV-2009.

You can also call us here at KTBS 3 Saturday during our newscasts if you have questions.  We'll be staffing our Call 3 lines from 5:30am-7:00am, from 5:30pm-6:00pm and from 10:00pm-10:45pm.  The CALL 3 number is 861-5827.
