Former Louisiana beauty queen is Playboy's Playmate of the Month

Lindsey Evans of Blanchard, the former Miss Louisiana Teen USA who lost her crown after getting arrested for possession of marijuana and walking out on a bill at a Bossier City restaurant, is Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for October.

 The magazine, with Evans in the centerford, is on newsstands today.

 Evans, 19, said her parents are supportive of her decision to pose nude for the magazine.

 Evans is in Los Angeles to start her promotional tour for the magazine and videos.

 In her profile, Evans said her favorite thing about Louisiana is the food -- "anything fried." Her career goals include trying to be the next Pamela Anderson.

 "I want to be rich and famous, plain and simple -- a good old American sex symbol!" she said.
 
 Evans was arrested last year after she and some friends left a Bossier City restaurant without paying their bill. Evans left her purse, which which contained her ID and a small amount of marijuana. She went back to the restaurant to get it and police arrested her.

  She went into a diversion program where she did community service and the charges were eventually dropped.
 
  Evans began talking with Playboy representatives after the publicity surrounding her arrest and the loss of her title.

Look, at least shes not adding to the welfare rolls as many of you are doing. So quit with your snide, self righteous remarks.     Thanks for making Louisiana girls look like plain trash. Her parents are supportive? I'm sure the money doesn't hurt the "support." WHen you have no talent, or intelligence and all else fails, take your clothes off! : ) What are we teaching our daughters?

    Okay... they did not have to add the story of her past mistake in this article!!
