Gov. Bobby Jindal has kicked off a summer tour around the state.
Jindal said Wednesday that he'll visit all 64 parishes within a few months, to talk about the state's economy and to hear from voters.
His first stop was at the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge, where he told a packed luncheon that job creation and retention continues to be the top priority of his administration.
Jindal's "Louisiana Working Tour" is similar to the well-worn trail he worked during his gubernatorial campaign and again last summer in a series of town hall meetings.
The governor says he'll head next to Winnsboro and Monroe.
