    There's a tradition in Shreveport.  Every 4th of July the Firecracker 5K takes off at Mall St. Vincent. Even though it's early in the morning, it's still going to be hot!  Justin Reneau from SportsSpectrum dropped by our studio to offer some tips on running in the heat.
