Millions of Toyota and lexus owners are being urged to remove their driver's side floor mat immediately.
The National Transportation Safety Administration says the floor mat can get stuck and lead to a crash. That's what happened in a crash that killed four people in California.
Three-point-eight million vehicles are being inspected. Owners of the vehicles will get a letter in the mail advising them to remove the mat until Toyota comes up with a solution.
