Woman found dead outside north Caddo residence

 A woman was found dead Tuesday afternoon in the front yard of a residence in far north Caddo Parish.

 The 42-year-old woman's body was in the front yard of a house on Buffalo Road when deputies arrived shortly after 2:30 p.m.

 Sheriff Steve Prator said there is a history of domestic violence at that location and detectives are investigating it as a suspicious death.

 There was no visible cause of death, Prator said. The coroner was on the scene along with a crime-scene unit and an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

 The woman's name had not been released late Tuesday afternoon.

 A man who lived with her is being questioned by detectives, Prator said.
