Baton Rouge, LA -- The following story from WBRZ-TV:

One person has been arrested after a police chase near the LSU lakes Thursday afternoon. The suspect is also wanted in the quadruple homicide in Calcasieu Parish earlier this week, according to sources.

Police reportedly had detained three people when a fourth suspect fled. Law enforcement had the suspect's vehicle surrounded on Dalrymple Drive after shots were reportedly fired earlier this afternoon. Members of the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, Baton Rouge Police Department, LSU Police Department and Louisiana State Police responded on the scene.

Roads around the City Park Lake near LSU that had been previously closed off as multiple agencies dealt with the situation are now open.
