New East Texas Baptist University head coach Joshua Eargle was welcomed onto campus Tuesday and is already hitting the ground running.  The Sulphur Springs native arrived on campus and met with the media, as well as the team.  

Eargle and his family of four in tow, are excited to call ETBU home.  But it's straight to work for the first time head coach.  The first thing on his to do list, working on recruiting the players in his own room.  He met with the current players Tuesday and is cranking up the recruiting tempo in next few weeks.  

Eargle says that his East Texas ties can't hurt as he looks for the next crop of Tigers who promote excellence in character, on the field and in the classroom.
