Doug Pederson spent four years leading the fledgling Calvary Cavaliers football program. When the former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback received a job offer from his former head coach, Andy Reid to join him in Philadelphia in 2009, Pederson jumped at the opportunity. After two years as Reid's Offensive Quality Control Coach and two more as the Eagles Quarterbacks Coach, Pederson moves to Kansas City with Reid and receives a promotion to boot. First reported by Sirius/XM/NFL's Adam Caplan, Pederson will serve as Kansas City's offensive coordinator, quite the career leap from five years ago in class 2A football.
