LA Tech's Ryan Allen Named Ray Guy Award Finalist

And for the second straight season, LATech punter Ryan Allen is a finalist for the Ray Guy award, given to college's bext punter.  The Bulldog senior became the first player to capture the Guy award last year from a non-automatic qualifier team.  Allen hopes to do what no collegiate punter has done before, earn the honor for a second time, and even more so, back-to-back.  Allen currently leads the nation in punting, averaging more than a yard better than any other punter.  The Ray Guy award winner will be announced Thursday, December 6th.
