Body Identified As Missing Union Parish Teen

Two arrested in connection with woman's murder   A medical examiner has identified the body of 18-year-old Precious Amber Story, who went missing in Union Parish late last week. A body, believed to be that of Story, was found Sunday near Junction City, Ark. Dr. Frank Perette, a medical examiner in Little Rock, identified the remains as Story using dental records, Union Parish Sheriff Bob Buckley said. Two men have been arrested in the case: James Lewis Jr. of Bernice and Roger Lee Phillips Jr. of Strong, Ark. Lewis was booked Sunday night on second-degree murder charges and Phillips was arrested for obstruction of justice. Buckley said more arrests could be forthcoming. Story was last seen Thursday when she left her Bernice home with a young man. Her mother reported her missing on Friday. (The Associated Press contributed to this report)
