NATCHITOCHES PARISH, La. -

A joint investigation by the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office and Natchitoches Parish District Attorney's Office has led to the arrest of a second suspect in connection with the January 26th, 2012 Double-Murder of Stanley Brimzey and Johnny Lee Brimzey of Campti according to Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Victor Jones Jr.

Renaldo N. Nargo, 29 of Campti, La., is already incarcerated in a Louisiana jail charged with 2-counts of 1st Degree Murder.

Nathan Dewayne Davis, 22 of Campti, La., was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center on Friday afternoon. He is charged with 2-counts of "Principle to 1st Degree Murder" in connection with the case.

Chief of Investigations, Detective Greg Dunn, stated that this case was re-opened back in April when new evidence was discovered in the investigation.

As a result of the investigation, detectives obtained sufficient evidence and probable cause to secure criminal warrants through the 10th Judicial District Court for Davis' arrest.

The case will be turned over to the Natchitoches Parish District Attorney's Office for prosecution.
