LSU players have moved into their campus digs

New Orleans, La. - Sunday was ‘move in' day in Baton Rouge for the LSU football team.

The team will be doing it's training camp work, and get itself ready for the TCU opener over in Texas on August 31st.

Lot of work to do between now and then, though. Like making sure they get those playbooks down cold and, making sure they understand *the LSU way*.

"I think every team has a little different personality," said Coach Les Miles. "The things that have happened in this room is that the culture has remained consistent. They've learned how to do hard things. They understand what you're supposed to do when you get in this room. They understand they're committed to what is our team direction. But, every one has it's own personality. I'm enjoying this personality. I'm enjoying this team."

‘Moving in' may be old hat for the seniors and exciting for the wide-eyed freshmen. But for Miles, it's all about getting his players ready for the grind that will be the season, and his staff into the evaluation process.

"I want to evaluate the guys who are coming," said Miles. "I want to see who they are. I want to give them the opportunity to catch balls, and run, and see how violent and physical they are. I want to evaluate them, and I think today is a big piece of our camp that we've got to really focus on."
