TYLER, Tx. -

Update: On Monday, Tyler Police was notified by Smith County Sheriff's Department that Rakheem Goldstein had turned himself in to the Sheriff's Department. Tyler investigators placed Goldstein into custody at the Sheriff's Department and booked him into the Smith County Jail on a murder warrant.

The case remains under investigation.

Tyler Investigators need help finding a man accused of killing Briana Raquel Young.

Rakheem Goldstein allegedly shot and killed 20 year-old Briana Young at PT Cole Park around 9:30 p.m. on July 30. Young had taken her 3 year-old son to the park when gunfire erupted and Young was caught in the cross-fire. Thankfully, Young's child was not injured.

The shooting is believed to be the result of gang activity.

On Friday, Tyler Investigators secured an arrest warrant for Rakheem Goldstein of Tyler, for the murder. Judge Jack Skeen has set Goldstein's bond at $1 million.

Investigators have not been able to locate Goldstein and need the public's help capturing him. Anyone with information about Goldstein or any other further details related to this case is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000 or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF.

Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case.

Tyler Police Investigators, along with the Smith County District Attorney's Office and U.S. Marshal's Office, continue to work with each other to bring all the suspects involved in the death of Briana Young to justice.

Ever since allegations that veterans died waiting for care came out of phoenix, we've all been asking, why, and how could an organization aimed at helping our servicemen and women foster an atmosphere where this has gone on for so long?
