LSU defense locked and reloaded

Posted: Updated:
ARLINGTON, Tx. -

Same scheme but different pieces, LSU defensive coordinator John Chavis proved again on Saturday that there's little drop off in talent on his side of the ball.  The defense will have to improve and they will over the next couple of weeks if history is any indication.

An experienced TCU quarterback had a rough time with the many new faces on LSU's front 7 and they'll be names you'll be hearing often: Danielle Hunter, Ego Ferguson, Anthony Johnson, and Jordan Allen, just to name a few.  The win builds their confidence and they plan on only going up from here.
