Johnny Football lets his play on the field do the talking

Posted: Updated:
College Station, TX -

Although it was the second week of the college football season, Heisman trophy winner Johnny Manziel got to play an entire game for the first time.  Last week, Manziel didn't head into the game until the second half due to a NCAA suspension but the Aggies were happy to see their signal caller under center on the first snap of their home opener.

The Aggie QB found 10 different receivers in the first half alone, racking up 426 yards and 3 touchdowns.  When asked if he prefers throwing it that much or rushing, his answer: I just prefer scoring a lot of points.

It looks like the offense will be ready to face the number one team in the country Alabama next week.  The defense may be a different story, but this match-up will definitely be the one to watch Saturday.
