SHREVEPORT La. -

A man is behind bars after allegedly fire shots at a local fast food eatery.

Shreveport Police arrested 18-year-old Kentreal Hunt early Friday morning.

Police tell KTBS 3 News that Hunt is accused of firing three gun shots in the direction of the McDonalds in the 6900 block of Pines Road around 2:00a.m. Friday.

Authorities say bullets struck the window and the door of the restaurant.

Police say that the incident resulted from an exchange of words between a female inside of the vehicle with Hunt and an employee while waiting in the drive-thru.

Shortly after police caught up with Hunt at an apartment complex in the 7000 block of 70th Street.

Hunt is charged with assault by a drive by shooting.
