Veterans Day Discounts and Freebies

Veterans can get free food or great discounts at several area restaurants on Monday. Find out which ones below:

Get a free buffet at Horseshoe Casino and Harrah's Louisiana Downs.
Starts: 11 a.m.
Ends: 10 p.m.

The Texas Roadhouse located on 1005A Gould Drive in Bossier City will have a free lunch for veterans. 
Starts: 11 a.m.
Ends: 2 p.m. 

Applebee's will provide a special Veteran's Day menu of free food for service members. However, proof of service is required in order to get the meal.
Wendy's will offer veterans a free sausage biscuit Monday morning.
Starts: 6 a.m. 
Ends: 10 a.m.

The all new Margaritaville Resort Casino is offering veterans a bogo buffet. The deal is limited to the World Tour Buffet and includes breakfast or dinner. Proof of service must be present in order to get the deal.
Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina will offer a free "create your own combo menu" to veterans. That's 150 possible dinner combinations. Proof of service is required for the deal.

Get pancakes at Denny's Restaurants. Veterans can benefit from an all-you-can-eat pancakes offer. Proof of service is required for the meal.

Starts: 6 a.m.

Ends: 2 p.m.

Chili's will offer a free entree for veterans. For more information, visit Chili's web site at www.chilis.com.
