Heart Walk for American Heart Association

Posted: Updated:

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. And this weekend you can help raise awareness.

Heart health is something that anyone can do. Looking at the contents of food and keeping an eye on your cholesterol is one way.

The American Heart Association devotes itself to research to stop this disease.

This weekend at LSU Shreveport campus you can participate in a Heart Walk. All proceeds will go to the American Heart Association.

Activities begin and 8 a.m. and the walk begins at 9.

You can either just show up to show support or register here.
