Posted: Updated:

A man arrested on capital murder charges in connection with a triple homicide near Houston is scheduled to appear before a judge.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office says a fugitive task force captured 25-year-old Johnathan Sanchez Sunday in east Harris County. Records with the Harris County District Clerk indicate Sanchez will appear before Judge Mark Kent Ellis on Monday morning. No attorney was listed for Sanchez.

Sanchez is charged with capital murder in connection with the Nov. 20 shootings in Cypress, a suburb 25 miles northwest of Houston.

The Harris County Medical Examiner's office has identified those killed in the shooting as 21-year-old Yosselyn Alfaro, 17-year-old Veronica Hernandez and 17-year-old Daniel Munoz. Two others were critically injured.

Authorities have not provided a motive for shooting.
