BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTBS) -

The Bossier City Police Department is asking for the public's help with finding a suspect who was caught on video stealing a pair or motor vehicle wheels from outside a local pawn shop. Bossier Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to the suspect's arrest.

The incident happened last month at the Cash In A Flash pawn shop in 4600 block of East Texas Street. Video taken by a security camera captured the incident and shows the suspect driving up to the side of the building in what appears to be an older model silver Chevrolet pickup truck. The suspect then gets out and loads the wheels into the back of the truck.

Before the suspect drove off, an employee, who was unaware that the theft had just happened, made brief contact with the suspect and described him as a black male with a gray goatee. The suspect was also reportedly wearing an orange pullover collared shirt, black pants, a black baseball type cap and black shoes.

Anyone who can help police identify the suspect is asked to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100.  Tips can also be submitted via the Bossier Crime Stoppers website www.bossiercrimestoppers.org. People who contact Crime Stoppers are reminded they may remain totally anonymous.
