Crews respond to two-alarm apartment blaze in Shreveport

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTBS) -

Nearly two dozen units are responding to a fire at an apartment complex in Shreveport.

The fire ignited just before 8:30a.m. Thursday at the Country Corner Apartment near Stoner Avenue and Gilbert Drive.

Shreveport Fire Officials say crews are working to gain control of the blaze.

No word on if the apartment was occupied.
