American Heart Association holds Go Red For Women Luncheon

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTBS) -

The American Heart Association's Go Red For Women luncheon was held Thursday. Heart disease is the number 1 killer in women and men, but today, the focus was on women. Mark McEwen was the guest speaker. Mark started his television career on the CBS morning news, later had a stroke, and wrote a book about his recovery. Community Projects Director Jan Elkins served as the Emcee.
