Northwestern offers class in grant writing

NATCHITOCHES, La. -

 

A grant-writing course will be offered through Northwestern State University's Office of Electronic and Continuing Education beginning Thursday.
   
The class is designed to train current and prospective grant writers in critical strategy and writing skills needed to win grants.
   
Beginning with guidance in how to read grant guidelines and research and select appropriate donors, the course progresses to the structure of a successful grant application.
   
The class will offered online through WebEX on Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. through March 20. The fee is $220 plus a $35 supply fee.
