Shreveport's Municipal Auditorium was alive again Friday

Posted: Updated:
The Shreveport Municipal Auditorium was a live again with the sounds of the Louisiana Hayride Friday night. The hit concert was the first for the venue for nearly a year.
The auditorium was closed for a multimillion dollar renovation. It was packed with concert goers. They came to see big, local stars like singing sensations Dez Duron, Cole Vosbury and Willie Jones. The Louisiana Hayride Band played, as well. Proceeds from the concert will help the Louisiana Hayride Foundation, Community Renewal and Pet Savers. Tickets were $20 dollars each.
Recently, the auditorium was outfitted with new seating, flooring and more.
