Gilmer, Tx. (TYLER MORNING TELEGRAPH) - A state district judge sentenced Eddie Douglas Baker to 45 years in prison for murder, and two additional 10-year prison terms for aggravated assault by threatening with a deadly weapon, when Baker pled guilty to all three charges Monday, said Upshur County District Clerk Carolyn Parrott.

Baker, 28, was sentenced by Judge Lauren Parish of the 115th District Court after admitting to killing 45-year-old Tana Fuller Warren on or about Feb. 6, 2013.

He admitted in a videotaped statement to fatally stabbing the woman and putting her in the back of his camper on Ginger Road northeast of Gilmer, according to documents filed in Upshur County Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace Lyle Potter's office.>

Upshur County District Attorney Billy Byrd represented the state at sentencing. Longview attorney John W. Moore represented Baker.
