Senator Tarver to Hold Meeting on Harrelson Landfill

State Senator Greg Tarver is hosting a public meeting today to brief residents about operations at the Harrelson Landfill.

 Officials from the State's Fire Marshall's Office and the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality will be there to address public concern and answer questions.

The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the gymnasium at Southern University, 3050 Dr. Martin Luther King Dr.

All MLK residents and concerned citizens are urged to attend this very important meeting.
