One of two suspects arrested in Shreveport's latest homicide

Authorities have arrested one of two suspects following a fatal shooting in Shreveport's Highland neighborhood Monday morning.

Police arrested 41-year-old Robert Lynn yesterday around 1:00 p.m.

The fatal shooting he's accused of being involved in happened just after 3 am on July 28th.

Police were called to a home in the 3100 block of Holly Street relative to a man who had been shot.  William David Carroll, 48, had been shot once in the upper body. He died on the scene.

Information and evidence gathered linked both Robert Lynn ,and 35-year-old Kinoy D. Singleton, both of Shreveport, as suspects in the homicide. Singleton is still wanted by police. He faces a charge of second degree murder with bond set at $450,000.

Lynn is currently being housed at Caddo Correctional Center. He's been charged with one count of second degree murder. His bond has been set at 325,000. Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kinoy Singleton to contact Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
