SHREVEPORT, La. -

UPDATE (4:45 p.m.):

Former Shreveport Fire Station 8 firefighters and their attorneys are in court, questioning psychologist Dr Bruce McCormick about his evaluations of the two reported victims.

McCormick interviewed the two men at the center of the station eight allegations in his Line Avenue office in November last year. Using the interviews and evaluations, McCormick deemed that both the men are mildly to moderately intellectually disabled. He says, statistically, 99.9% of the population would have a greater intellectual function than either of the two men. Defense attorneys questioned McCormick's credentials and methods. Judge Ramona Emanuel is still hearing testimony and KTBS 3's Sara Machi is in the courtroom to bring you the latest.

Emanuel also set two key court dates. Former captain Derrick Harris will appear in court one week from today to obtain an attorney, on his most recent terrorizing charge.

Also, Emanuel set the felony trials for the five firefighters for December 8.
