While a man is being treated for cancer in a Dallas hospital, a burglar cleans out his house near Texarkana.

Denise Fant discovered her brother, Wesley Hines', house had been burglarized on Monday morning after she noticed his pickup missing. He broke down when she called to tell him what happened, Fant said.

She was keeping an eye on it because her brother was in Dallas for chemotherapy.

A burglar in broke through a back window and took flat screen TVs, guns, cash and jewelry. He apparently also found the key to the Ford pickup.

No arrests had been made on Tuesday but Bowie County sheriff's investigators suspect the burglar knew Hines was out of town.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Bowie County Sheriff's Department at 903-798-3149.
