Texarkana man arrested for sex with minor
POSTED: 4:06 pm CDT September 7, 2010UPDATED: 4:18 pm CDT September 7, 2010Jeffery Lynn Lucy, 29, of Texarkana, Arkansas arranged to meet a 14-year old girl at Caddo Lake where they had sex, according to Caddo Sheriff's Officials. Sheriff's detectives were contacted by Mooringsport Police on Sunday after officers spotted the couple together near Caddo Lake and stopped to question the man. Investigators determined that the two became acquainted with each other a couple of weeks ago after they began texting from a wrong or misdialed number. Lucy was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
