Attorney frank Neuner presented the results of the audit, that found nearly 700-thousand dollars in questionable payments to Grigsby and Associates. The audit was finalized and forwarded to the city council last month. Mayor Cedric glover has said that contractual inadequacies Are to blame for the city paying for services... That are not documented. Either way, the report showed overpayments to Calvin Grigsby's firm, which has handled the city's bond transactions for more than 5 years. The firm that was hand- picked by mayor Cedric Glover, then aproved by council.
